Enrollment Verifications
Students can request enrollment verifications online: Registrar's Office - Enrollment Verification Form
If a student has an unpaid financial obligation to Channel Islands, the verification cannot be processed until payment has been made to the University. (SA.02.016)
Prospective employers, or other agencies may request enrollment verifications at www.degreeverify.org.
Enrollment verifications for an employer or agency initiated request, will be typically processed in 2-5 business days. If a student has a Family Education Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA) restriction, the written consent of the student is required by the NSC to release information.
